Around our office we say the best surprise is no surprise. When it came to getting our web site up and running working with Dentist Identity could not have been easier. No surprises.

For several years I wanted a web site to provide information to our patients and to help new patients find us. I talked to our telephone service provider and our cable provider. It seemed everybody could put a web site together but none of them worked specifically with dentists and the costs were out the roof.

We direct new patients to our site so they can have their forms filled out before their visit. That gives us a chance to verify their coverage before they arrive. We use the patient educational videos on all our patients to help them understand our proposals and as part of our informed consent process. We keep the web site up on the workstations rather than having a screen saver. Our patients are wowed!
